  1. 37 yr, 191 cm, so i think 91 kg is the limit for me. Yeah, its better to carry less weight if that weight is fat. We all are in alliance called NATO, but yeah, presense of such neighbors as Nordic Countries and Poland is the only thing that keeps us small balts from going completely crazy because of neighboring such evil states as orcistan and white orcistan. ... or last resort is to have own nuclear weapon (but we are too small ... ) ... Lithuania lost about 1/3 of its citizens in ww2 (including war casualties, holocoust and deportations to siberia, partisanic war ), so its posible that another big war would end existance of our nation. So yeah, both of our countries knows how bad it can be, and because Scandinavia, we know what is posible. If we learn from our history and mistakes of modern western countries, there is a little chance that we can prosper.
  2. I bought online. Description in Lithuanian page only mentioned 32 and 11 - 51, but bike arrived with 30 and 11-46 (I write numbers from memory, so i hope they ar correct). They had no choice but to provide corect parts. xc500 was 1500 Eur before Christmas, but I think i will first destroy xc100 and then think about new one :))
  3. Hey brothers, greetings from Lithuania:) First of all thank you for this thread, which few years ago let me choose rightly xc100, and it was wondeful return to biking and fun familiarization with mountain biking. Now I'm dreaming of something like a full suspension xc500 to save my butt (100kg without gear) 😄 Especially thanks to most active and full of knowledge members of this thread, who find time to share information with us, who knows much less. I did few mods to my bike, but i think i will share full story when it will be finished ( dropper and tan tyres missing). So the bike was geart bargin, i think i paid 800 Eur. BUT. Stupid ass mf's from deca cant assamble bikes for sure. The spokes were loose, Crank fell of few weeks after, bad chain ring and rear sprocket configuration (they provided corect configuration later 32 and 11-51). And that f***ing ratle sound from rear with both of my sprockets. And you know what, mf's forgot to put spacer. https://bike.shimano.com/stories/article/a-guide-to-shimanos-12-speed-freehubs-and-compatibility.html As mentioned in the link (HG Freehub) 11-speed mountain bike cassettes are compatible with HG freehubs, but require a 1.85 mm spacer. So i bought one, installed and tried today. And it was perfect, no ratle, beteter shifting. So another bad apple to deca. https://www.bike-discount.de/en/shimano-low-spacer-1.85mm-for-10-speed-cassettes Seems that yout buy components in bulk for a good price from them, but have to do thorough check yourself. I hope this knowledge will be helpfull for someone. Keep riding, keep having fun. Your friend VP. https://www.amazon.com/Park-Tool-Blue-Bicycle-Repair/dp/0976553066 helps me a lot with the maintance.
